In the job log, in job operation - backup, for each resource, does it say it used AOFO?

Hi,
AOFO is being used and refer below for the log detials.

AOFO: Started for resource: "\\staff.isb.edu.bn\System?State". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
The following volumes are dependent on resource: "C:" .
The snapshot provider used by VSS for volume C: - Microsoft Software Shadow Copy provider 1.0 (Version 1.0.0.7).
Network control connection is established between 172.16.0.3:18927 <--> 172.16.0.1:10000
Network data connection is established between    172.16.0.3:20379 <--> 172.16.0.1:2060
AOFO: Started for resource: "\\student.isb.edu.bn\System?State".
Network control connection is established between 172.16.0.3:33280 <--> 172.16.0.2:10000

Not sure what to suggest. Are there any event logs showing a problem with the Volume shadow copy service? The files that you mentioned (if they are the only ones that were not backed up) shouldnt matter, they are only temporary files anyway. But I know It would be good to find a reason and solution to why they were not backed up even with AOFO turned on.

Just thought, are those files still on the server? As they are temporary files, they could have been deleted when the backup was to taking place, so it would be unable to open the file, do you have prescan on or off? I cant remember what the error is if backup exec tries to backup a file that no longer exists, I have had that before, but cant remember if I was using AOFO with it.

Are you using AOFO on any other servers?
