Backup Jobs are going to Queued state

I am Using Backup Exec 2012, fully patched. 

All my backup jobs are pointed to De-Duplication storage. All the jobs are going to queued state. When i restart the services it started working after couple of hours I am facing the same issue. 

As of now i am restarting services & running the backup jobs.

Are there any messages waiting confirmation when the backup queues?

No Message, job is not even getting failed. It stays in queued. Last time i check it was in queued state for 3 days.

what is the size of you r deduplication storage:

- on windows level (total, free, used)

-on backupexec (total, free, used)

what are the results of the commands:

- crcontrol --dsstat

- crcontrol --compactstate

- crcontrol --processqueueinfo

- crcontrol --queueinfo
