Backup Jobs fail with the error a000848c

Below is the error log created by the job. The Oracle accounts and systems accounts have been setup properly and have been tested by connecting to the database via sqlplusw utility.

How about Backup Exec's logon account? Have you seen the doco's below:

Yes, I've looked at both of those articles. I still cannot get it to work. I'm running out of ideas. =(

As a preliminary step please upgrade to 9.1 which is a free upgrade.
