Backup Lotus Server

Hello all!!!

I have backup exec 2013 R3 SP3(caso &mms). I create job to backup my lotus server? but job ended with error

"V-79-57344-38048 - The database file D:\Lotus\Domino\data\mail\msa.nsf may be corrupt. Remove the file, restart the Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Systems service, and then rerun the job"

 in the registry changed the key from 1 to 0

HKLM\Software\Symantec\Backup Exec for Windows\Backup Exec\Engine\DOMINO\ Enable Change Journal = 0 and Enable Notes Database Filtering = 0

 DAOS catalog resync timeout = 1800000

 DAOS listnlo timeout= 1200000

 Wait Before Timeout= 120000

I not have in windows Event Viewer on the Domino server shows

Event ID: 7034

Description: The Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Systems service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).

Database is not corrupt, database compact process not running
