Backup NSS Volume on Linux

Hello,
I am trying to backup a NSS Volume on a Novell OES Linux Server using the Linux Agent for the BE 10.
From the BE9.1sp2 for Windows Server console, I can authenticate to the Novell SMS Linux server. But when I go to select the NSS filesystem. I recieve the message:" An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of LINUXROM.Linux File System/linuxrom//media/nss/ROM1"
I am able to backup the nss volume throught the Netware Services filesytem on the BE9.1 server.
Is the BE 10 agent not backwards compatible with BE9.1sp2?

Windows sp1 BE9.1sp2
Netware OES Linux 2.6 Kernel
Thanks
Mike

Hello,

Please note that Novell OES Linux Server isnot supported. Refer the SCL.

VERITAS Backup Exec (tm) 9.1 for Windows Servers - Software Compatibility List (SCL)
http://support.veritas.com/docs/261695

However please answer the following questions:
- Are you backing up using Remote Agent for Linux Unix Servers (RALUS) an agent for Backup Exec 10.0?

- I am able to backup the nss volume throught the Netware Services filesytem on the BE9.1 server.
Are you backing up from under NetWare Agents icon?

These are the commands I use to start the stop the BE Agent.
"/etc/init.d/VRTSralus.init stop"
"/etc/init.d/VRTSralus.init start"
So I assume it is using the RALUS.
