Backup Oracle 19c

Hello,

which is the latest version of the Oracle database that can be backed up with Backup Exec? I see in documentation that latest version is 12c R2. What about 18c, 19c?

How can I backup Oracle 19c version? Agent asks for user with SYSDBA, but it should be SYSBACKUP privilege.

12c R2 is the latest version that BE supports on v. 20.6. If you're running anything newer, then you're probably not able to back it up.

Strangely NetBackup has been supporting these 2 versions for some time already.
