Backup Oracle Error

Hi Support, I installing BE 2012 and I tray run a backup for Oracle 10g client on Windows 2003 R2 with SP2 to Network Storage Disk.

Before to install 2012 with BE 2010 the same Oracle I was can a backup of this Database, Now with BE 2012 I have an error.

My Oracle is on mode archive log and the user logon is member of Administrators Group and Ora_DBA Group.

The JOB in BE 2012 cancell, I attach the .DOC with the error.

Can I help me please?

The file that is attached is not accessable.

Can you paste the error from the job log or upload the job log in the original format?

I found the solution for this case, I upgraded the agent from 2010 to 2012, I don't know why but I uninstall the agent completely and I reinstalled. 
 
Then the backup of Oracle finish ok. 
 
I don't know if this is a issue or was some casual problem.
