I noticed today that all of my backups are failing. Digging deeper I found out that all the servers & hypervisors are no longer visible under the View by Resource tab (see attached screenshot). I've tried restarting the BK services, and even rebooting the BK server. Last week I changed the root password on the VMware hypervisors. Thinking that was the problem I changed the passwords back to the older version, but unfortunately that didn't resolve the problem.

Ensure the Backup Exec services are running under domain/user format.
Do ensure there is a default system logon account configured in Backup Exec and in the same domain/user format. (Click on Network - Logon Accounts) . If there is an account already present, renter the credentials.
