Backup Sets - Query Failed

Hello, 

 

BackupExec 2012

We are trying to access backup sets under one of our storage destination from Backup Exec Console. 

However, after few minutes we see following  error message. 

Please check attachment for more information and update us.

Are you on SP4? If not, run LiveUpdate a couple of times to upgrade to this SP and the latest hotfixes

If running a standalone BE server, ensure BE is updated with SP4 (as suggested earlier) - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH212241
