Yes, we already apply the fix base on article provided but still error encountered.
Below are the some isolations/troubleshooting:
Found that the job has failed with 0xe0009578 - Unable to copy the virtual machine disk using the VMware VixDiskLib.
Checked the job log and found that the issue is occurring for this all VM
Opened the VCenter and checked on the Permission tab for the Report server VM and found that the BE service account is not been added
Requested to add the account and give it full permission
Requested to Check if the Vmware tools are updated
Stop the SQL service
Go to the installation location of backup exec-> DATA-> Delete the VMware Temp folder
Start the SQL service
Go to the job settings and select Microsoft shadow copy provider
Checked and found that the Backup Exec Service account is not added on the VCenter
Took a manual quiecesed snapshot and found that it is successful
Ran restoring disabling NetDMA on the backup exec server.
Found valid vSphere API license on ESXi
Tried restoring data to a different ESXi and it failed with the same error.
Collected Debug log and job log.
Added ndmp port 10000 on etc folder
Created the new backup job for Report server and unchecked the GRT and requested to run the backup job and if the job fails then requested to run the VQA and upload it
Checked and found that the Agents are updated
Checked and found that the credentials the log on account failed, tested with all the accounts but it failed
Checked and found that the BESA permission is not assigned
Assigned the permission and updated the policy
Restarted the BE services, checked and requested to add the BESA account on the VCenter
Enabled the SGMON and ran the backup and collected the logs
Requested to disable the NBD Transport mode and run the job
Attached is the Debug Log of the BE Server.
