Hello!..Can some one help me with the issue I encountered on our virtual environment.
Host System: VMware vSphere ESXi 6.0
Backup Software: BE 20.4
Already do alot of troubleshooting and yet this error message still encountered: Backup- VM-0xe0009578 - Unable to copy the virtual machine disk using the VMware VixDiskLib Image.
I see that there is a new release patch from Veritas. Can this patch resolve the issue.
Could you perhaps tell us what type of troubleshooting you have performed?
Are all VMware backups failing or just some?
Have you seen this article? https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100005390
