Backup completed with exceptions (Sharepoint)

We have a customer running BE2012 who has been getting a backup notification stating it completed with exceptions.

In the Job History they are getting the following:

They get another 7 exceptions that all relate to Sharepoint.. The thing is our customer doesn't use Sharepoint.

Does anyone know why this might be happening and if so, how we can stop the notifications from being sent.

The backup itself appears to be completing fine.
