Hello, I have two critical problems.
We have switched from Bex 12.5 to 2010 with AVVI option.
Problem 1:
With Bex 12.5, we had a recovery rate of complete machines from VMware tape or B2D between 1650 and 6200 MB / min were. These speeds we have today if we recover completely if we restore a old Machine backed up with Bex 12.5. A machine is backed up with Bex2010 restore it accompanied by a full restore to a local hard disk with only 150 - 200 MB / min. In a machine with 37 GB so the recovery job takes hours longer than 3. So this is far too long!
Problem 2
With Bex 12.5 secure machines could be redirected to local hard drives and worked with VMware Converter and then fully restored. With Bex 2010, only *. vmdk and *. vmx file be restored. But it is missing an important file, the VMware Converter VMware catalog absolutely necessary. How does the solution here. What brought me vmdk and vmx files if I can not use them?
