Backup exec 2010 oracle

dear all

hi ,i need your help about the oracle server ,when the backup start the error message show:

0xe0001402 :"this server name is not in the list of authentication credentials on the media server".

i try to add the server in the oracle authentication credentials list but the same error show again .i check the server name in the agent and in backup exec media server .

plz i need your help if you can.

Make sure you enter the FQDN of the Oracle server in the authentication list.
