Backup exec 2010r3 sp2 update fail to sp3 or sp4

MS server 2008r2 sp1 and Backup exec 2010r3 sp2

Fail to update to sp3 or sp4

live update doesn`t see the sp3 or 4

i have to install it manually

went through the end but then get a reverse processing (roll back)

message: the product didn`t install ,see backup exec logs

but nothing in the logs

I would suggest that you log a support case with Symantec for them to take a look at the problem.

This happend to me to, i cant upgrade manually or using the liveupdate.

I have installed on a windows 2008 R2 Server BE2010 R3 with SP2

What can i do?
