ok i've resolved most of them but i cant seem to get this one.
Backup
- AOFO: Initialization failure on: "E:". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
V-79-10000-11242 - VSS Snapshot error. Out of disk space, or could not find an NTFS volume while creating the snapshot. Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) requires an NTFS volume with enough free disk space for each physical or virtual disk volume to cache the data that changes during the backup job. Consult the Microsoft documentation for more information.
- AOFO: Initialization failure on: "D:". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
V-79-10000-11242 - VSS Snapshot error. Out of disk space, or could not find an NTFS volume while creating the snapshot. Consult the Microsoft documentation for more information.
Shadow copy is turned on with plenty of room. Any got any ideas?
Cheers.

Well you have 3 different errors there
Not sure about the disk space issue
Missing files issue is probably because some 3rd party applications have registered some files to look like part of the System State and have then been uninstalled without the registration being removed. Your options are
1) identify which software used the files in question and then contact the software vendor for help removing the registrations
2) Search the registry yourself to see if you can find the entries to modify/remove
3) Create files with the same names in the paths and then forget about the problem.
SQL issue is self explanatory either only do full backups or change the SQL configuration to Full Logging.
