Recently my company has justed upgraded to backup exec 2012. My management asked weather the backup to disk able to backup the files as the actual path including folders and files instead of .bkf extension.

If yes, where I can configure it?

No.  What you are trying to do is like file copy.  You should use something like robocopy if you want to do this.

However, you can restore the backups to another location with the same folder structure as the original.  This would do what you are trying to accomplish, but in 2 steps.
