Backup exec is unable to recover the database encryption key

Hi,

I have to bare metal recover a windows server 2012R2 with BE 20.5 but unfortunately havent have backup of the encryption keys. Facing the typical issue mentioned on the article below:

(Backup Exec is unable to recover the database encryption key "abcd.dek". The database encryption key "abcd.dek" was never exported.)
