I have an issue with a backup that keeps failing saying access denied to emails.
Everyday the backup will fail with a different email from the same mailbox
We are running Backup Exec 10d and we dont have the option to upgrade to the latest version

Any help would be great.
Check the rights of the Backup Exec Service Account:
-- Ensure that BESA has local admin as well as domain admin rights.
-- Make sure that BESA also has Exchange Administrator rights in Exchange system manager.
-- Mailbox for BESA should be activated and should not be hidden in Global Address List.
Also check the eventlog of the exchange server if any (exchange) errors appear.
