In one of our BE Server, Backup were running successfully But one day suddenly the backup got failed with the below mention error.

Go to the Windows Services and check that the logon account for the 'Backup Exec Agent Browser' service is a domain administrator account and has a valid password.

Hi there,
You don't mention if you made any software changes like running LiveUpdate before they started failing, or what you're getting this issue with (Exchange, files etc).
However, the Symantec TNs below describes this error when doing file system backups of Lotus Domino, so give them a read if it applies to you:
