Backup job failed with the error 00fe46

In one of our  BE Server, Backup were running successfully  But one day suddenly the backup got failed with the below mention error.

Error :

00fe46 - No data stores can be initialized.  The software is most likely installed incorrectly.

The Backup Exec service 'Backup Exec Agent Browser' failed to start because it uses a Windows Server account that does not have the following necessary privileges: 

Could you please let me know why this error occured and also what is the solution for this problem.

Hi there,

You don't mention if you made any software changes like running LiveUpdate before they started failing, or what you're getting this issue with (Exchange, files etc).

However, the Symantec TNs below describes this error when doing file system backups of Lotus Domino, so give them a read if it applies to you:

Go to the Windows Services and check that the logon account for the 'Backup Exec Agent Browser' service is a domain administrator account and has a valid password.
