Backup job fails

Dear Support,

I have an issue using Veritas Backup v20.4 trail version where during the backup the backup fail as the attachment. I backup im backing up 800gb of data.

I have already clean the Tape Drive (IBM-UTLRIUM-HH6) using new tape cleaner and change the SAS cable as well as few new tape but still same problem. 

Please feedback urgently.

What SAS HBA are you using?

If it is a SAS RAID HBA, please make sure it is one of the few that are supported, or change over to a non RAID SAS HAB.
