Hello,
I'm fairly new to Backup Exec and I'm struggeling with a failed backup from a customer. The error I get is e0001904 - A failure occurred querying the Writer status.
Details: Agent used : Yes - Advanced Open File Option used : Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
I turned off AOFO in the options but the backup job uses it regardless. What can be done about this?
