Running a new level 0 dump is recommended.

As the error message says, rerun your Level 0 dump before running any Level 1, Level 2, .... dumps.

Pkh is right ! Sometimes this kind of issue is caused by the NDMP data server itself (Nas device)
If the error stilloccur when running the ndmp level 0 backup job send us the ndmp log file from the nas device.
