Backup of an EMC Celerra NAS device performed using the NDMP

Backup Exec 2010R2 is unable to perform a ndmp baclup of EMC Celerra with NDMP option.

Error message is referenced : http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH66309&key=54874&actp=LIST

But no solution is correct in my environment

i've disabled snapsure with pax parameter and ndmp celerra and it's ok ....
