Backup on NAS (Cisco NSS324)

I am using Symantec Backup Exec 12.5 and i would like to backup everything on my NAS, Cisco NSS 324 but unfortunetelly everytime i create a backup to disk folder and browse my NAS device via Active directory doesnt authenticate, with the following error message: 

Failed to access arm-nas01

Logon account: System Logon Account

The directory or file was not found, or could not be accessed.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hello

 You will have to add the Backup Exec Service Account on the NAS box  and you will have to give full access to the account.
