Backup status and history are not updating in DLO console.

having this issue only for 2-3 users with win 7 woring for other users..

backups are working fine..can see in restore

Have you restarted the DLO services on the workstations in question?

Media server and DLO agents all up to date?

I have tried uninstall \re-push agents

Its R3..also tried deleting \\adding 1 user

created a test profile..and added 1 user to it , with local backup enabled. and no help

Logged in to other machine with same user and it worked

logged in to this machine with differnent user and it worked

deleted \re-created user profile..and it worked with new profile

Not sure if there could be a better soln..where we dont have to delete the profile.
