Check if this media is actually present or not...have you cataloged the media ?

First of all, thanks for your help.
Yes, the media is actually present, 3 years ago our TAPE crashed then we bought a SAN DELL.
I have cataloged the media.
It's possible to find a solution to this problem? I can see the file but I can't make the restore.

All the medias(.bkf files) are showing up as over-writable, are you sure the data you are trying
restore is not already over-written?
Just right click on the file which you think was used for backup you need to restore (can see the this info in backup job log) and click restore data..do you see data or still catalog error?

I not think because one day? When I made this only one day passed.

Re-direct restore of a file or folder is same as restore of file.
- Select the file need to be restored,
- Go to File redirection tab - under restore job properties-select
- select some test folder on media server to restore and just click run now.
