Backup upp EV 8 with Backup exec 2010 end with error

The backupexec jobb end with this error, is there any solution to get the backup to work normaly
Unable to attach to a resource.  Make sure that all selected resources exist and are online, and then try again.  If the server or resource no longer exists, remove it from the selection list. Edit the selection list properties, click the View Selection Details tab, and then remove the resource.
The target computer is running a previous version of the Backup Exec Remote Agent. You must upgrade the Remote Agent.

Thebackupexec agent on the EV server is 2010 version.

I think you may be better logging this on the Backup Exec forum, as the error does not appear to be an EV one but rather generated by Backup Exec.

Are you using the EV service account for the backup? If not, please change to it.
Also try uninstalling and re-installing the Remote Agent on SQL and EV server.
