BackupExec 10 to 10.1Upgrade

 Can anybody tell me, is the upgrade from BackupExec for Windows version 10 to version 10.1 or (10d) a free upgrade?

If so can somebody point me in the right direction as I am losing the will to live trying to navigate around the Veritas website!
