BackupExec 2010 R3 not working after Endpoint updated

BackupExec 2010 R3 was working fine in a Window 2008 Standard server  (stand alone).

This week after updated the Endpoint, no back up was perform.

When start the BackupExec program on the server, a pop up window asked for login in and password. Then message saying the service was stopped.

Tried to go to the Window service to start all the Backup Exec services, it just hung right there. No completion.

Reboot the server, still the same.


Is there anyone got same experience??
