BackupExec 2010 and Exchange 2003 error

we have recently upgraded to backupexec 2010 and we started getting following error while backing up exchange 2003. GRT is enabled. 

Completed status: Failed Final error: 0xe00002f7 - Cannot extract mailbox messages from the Exchange backup. Review the job log for more information. Final error category: Resource Errors For additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-759

I have already uninstalled/installed license key and remote agent. still same results. 

any suggestions?

Hello,

Go to tools-->Install options and Licenses....Remove all the License keys.....It will restart BE services automatically. Add the License keys again. I had the same problem removing and adding the License keys resolved the issue.

Hi,

1)     Uninstall remote agent from exchange 2003 server.  

2)      Apply patch on BE 2010 server. http://support.veritas.com/docs/348284

3)      Install remote agent on exchange 2003 server.
