BackupExec 2012 Install Error

Hello,

When trying to upgrade to / install BackupExec 2010.

After selecting the location for the database backup I get the following error message

"The install failed with an unexpected error:Could not find file ................................... [ManageEngine Support Center]

Any Ideas?

Hi Mark,

If you're running an AV, stop it and try running the installation again. Do you know where it is failing if you watch the installation process?

The title of your post says BE 2012, but the body of the post says BE 2010.  Which is which?

Also, it would help if you post the bkupinst log
