BackupExec Error 33152

Hello,

I am hopeful that this forum will provide some insight into this problem.

Backup Exec 11d on Windows Server 2003 R2 sp 1

I have not been able to resolve the failure of my LTO drive to successfully complete backups, or even inventory a tape correctly ( I get a bad media message on inventory for every tape I have tried). I run a cleaning cartridge weekly.  Once the error began I purchased and used a brand new cleaning cartridge, with no luck.  Currently the messages I am recieving are as such:


Errors began with this message in the Job Log:

Job ended: Monday, August 31, 2009 at 9:46:20 PM
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe00084ee - An invalid command was sent to the storage device.
Final error category: Backup Device Errors
