Hallo, meine BackupExec Lizenz wird anscheinend nicht richtig erkannt.
Nach der Eingabe zeigt das Programm nur eine Probeversion an und nicht die Vollversion, die ich doch erworben habe.
Kann mir jemand bitte damit helfen?

Please verify that the license that youre entering is infact the product license and not a maintenance license...
You may need to contact licensing to get your core license... see link below for contact number

Hello,
there are a few things that can cause this. If you havent already installed it please install Service Pack 1a. It resolves issues related to Backup Exec 2012 showing in trial mode. see my blog The license was entered, why is Backup Exec 2012 still in trial mode?
Service Pack 1a can be downloaded from the following link http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH186717
If none of this applies, please post a screen shot of your licenses entered in Backup Exec.
