BackupExec RALUS 12.5 Install Error on Linux

Hi Experts,

 I just have pasted the error that I was getting while RALUS agent installation on Linux. Why this happens? Please help to resolve this.
The OS is RHEL 5.3 / 64bit. I have the RALUS agent media I copied the RALUS64 folder from the media to system. Even I tried in GUI mode.

I don't think Red Hat 5.3 is currently listed on the Software Compatibility List - last I heard is that it would be supported via an update to BE 2010 (so not part of the initial release but something that will follow) If I had to guess Snow Leopard for MAC will probably be supported at the same time.

Yes.. The RHEL 5.3 is not in the SCL. But unoficially i think it will work fine. I heard from forum itself somebody tested. But this error is seems to be something different. (I am not sure)

#[root@bterpnfs04 RALUS64]# ./installralus
