Backup ends prematurely. It backs up Exchange Directory, and then fails at Exchange Information Store giving this error message in the log.

Unfortunately this is the beginning of the full backup of my server so I don't even get anything else backed up, much less the entire server. I tried taking the device offline and then re-added it again and restarted BackupExec services. I noticed this error message in the event viewer log upon services restart.

Unable to load the file ESEBCLI2.DLL. This dynamic link library is used to backup and restore Microsoft Exchange Servers. EDBBCLI.DLL is used by Microsoft Exchange 5.x. ESEBCLI2.DLL is used by Microsoft Exchange 2000. If the specified DLL is for a version of Exchange Server that you do not wish to support, you may ignore this warning.
Error code: 126
Error message: The specified module could not be found.
I located this file in my Windows\System32 folder and I'm running Exchange Server 5.5, so I'm not sure what's wrong or whether this affects my backups. Please help.
