Backupe Exec 2012 - Force Remove deduplication disk

I have a problem to remove the deduplication disk from Backup Exec configuration after an accidentaly manual remove of the folder data on the disk.

Now when i try to remove the deduplication disk , i receive a message that the disk is used from a process , and i can't remove.

I changed the archiviation storage on the jobs , but the error continue.

There is a way to force the remove?

Have you tried removing the dedup licence and then rebooting the media server?

Hello,
Please check if any of the Deduplication services(engine and Manager) and PostgreSQL are running, if yes, then stop them and retry the steps.

Kind regards,
S
