After factory reset with USB, now it is trial version,
after checked, i do not have any backup for license key.
can you tell me how to get license key from support?

You can download your licence keys again from myveritas.com or contact the Veritas Licencing department (select option 2 when calling the support hotline for your country).

I guess its not yet registering with veritas, so i create an account and trying to register but serial number was not found in database.
please help me!

As you mention USB - I guess this is a Backup Exec Appliance which would have been purchased when we were part of Symantec. As you do not appear top have your license keys you will actually have to use the phone for assistance (Customer Care / licensing team)
