Backupexec 2010 cannot send notification in backup job

Dear Support

I have a problem that the backup job cannot send notification suddenly.

The job is created few weeks ago and the notification works normally. But these day it stop to send.  

I have tried to create a new backup job, also restart the server but no luck. However, when I go to tools > recipient, then send a test notification is OK.

Any suggestion?
