Very often service bengine.exe has been crashed at 13:15 +/- 1 minute. At this time!
Every time EventViewer have 3 events:
1. EventID 260
Memory dump was deleted to make space (C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\BEDBG\bengine.exe_6560_0.cab).
2. EventID 258
Process bengine.exe requested a memory dump but the maximum number of memory dumps has already been reached. Old memory dumps were deleted to make space.
3. EventID 259
A process crash has been detected.
Faulting application: bengine.exe 14.2.1180.3142
Faulting module: bestdutl.dll 14.2.1180.3142
Fault offset 0x14f15
Exception code 0xc0000005.
After this all job has been stopped with error "e00081d9 - The Backup Exec job engine system service is not responding".
Do you have any idea ?
Server parameter:
BakupExec 2015 FP5.
Windows 2012 R2 fully patched at June.
4x HP Ultruim 1760
1x HP ESL

Im find incremental JOB what start at 13:15. Im delete this job, and recreate this with equal parameters.
The process no longer crashed.

Was this crash present before you installed FP5 or started after you installed that update?
When process crashes occur unless you can find a documented match for a similar crash in one of our technotes then it is best to log a formal support case for us to investigate in depth. Logging a formal case becomes more of a requirement if you experience a crash that appears to have been introduced by a recently released update as you may be the first customer to have experienced the condition.
