Was this crash present before you installed FP5 or started after you installed that update?
When process crashes occur unless you can find a documented match for a similar crash in one of our technotes then it is best to log a formal support case for us to investigate in depth. Logging a formal case becomes more of a requirement if you experience a crash that appears to have been introduced by a recently released update as you may be the first customer to have experienced the condition.
