Backupexec Install stuck on Extracting SQL Server files

Hi Guys,

           Trying to install backupexec 2016 on Windows 2008 R2 , and the installer just gets stuck on "Extracting Sql Express Installation Packages" and would do nothing, the install log is logging nothing at all.

 

 I have attached the screenshot as well , let me know your thoughts.

Did you install from network share?
