Bandwidth Throttling

Running Backup Exec 15 with all updates on Windows Server 2012 R2.  (The drop-down list above is a little confusing.)

I would like to be able to limit the bandwidth a backup job can use so that the job doesn't hog all the available bandwidth on a server I'm backing up.  Is there a way to do this in Backup Exec?

Not with BEX, but we do this with SonicWALL bandwidth management.
