Have you tried uninstalling, reboot and re-installing remote agent? Are there any events regarding msxml logged in windows event viewer?

Hi,

Yes, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall BE agent many time but the result is the same.

In the event viewer is present only the error that I have already posted.

Since faulting module recored in event is msxml3.dll, it would be best to apply all the Microsoft OS and security related updates. As well as Exchange updates.

I already install the latest updates of the Micorsoft OS and the exch 2010 sp2.
I also install the latest version of XML parser 3 and 6 but the problem is still present.
Unfortunatly I began to lose the hope to solve this problem.
If the db size is not about 700 GB, I might try to reinstall a new version of the Exchange server and migrate the DB.
If you have other suggestions I would gladly appreciate it.
