Note: Do NOT use AOFO for SQL backups.

The eaisest way to handle the produt is the by referring the Admin guide .Once the backup exec is installed and if you have a doubt about any option , Youmay simply press the F1 key and it would take you to the page in admin guide for the option you have selected .and the best pracitce documnt for Sql agent http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO21793 as already suggested by Amol .
