Brick Level Backup Fails - half way through user mailbox

our backup is failing at the exchange brick level for a specific user, we're getting the error.
"V-79-57344-65033 - Directory not found. Cannot backup directory Vicky Handy Top of Information StoreInboxTown House 70 and its subdirectories."
The interesting thing is, this particular user has a large number of folders inside their inbox, the backup only fails for folders beginning with T and beyond.

For example, three folders in the inbox A, T & U - the backup gets the folder A but fails with the above error on T & U folders. Obviously it's a bit more complex than my example because there are hundreds of folders inside the users inbox.

Is there some sort of limit to the number of folders which can be backed up per user???
