CASO 2012 - How to migrate job control from a managed server to CAS

After converting one of our standalone BE 2012 servers to be a managed server in CASO I've noticed that all the backup jobs are still controlled by the managed server. I want the CAS to control the backup jobs, but I have not been able to figure out how to move control to the CAS. Can someone tell me how to do that.
