CPS Agents not displaying in Console

Hi all,
 
I've just installed CPS & pushed out a CPS Agent to an exchange server, no matter what I do the deployed agent will not show up in the severs pane of the console.  Both servers are running Windows 2003 Std R2, BackupExec is 11d, both servers are in the same subnet.  I've checked the helper service reg keys & they look ok.  If I try to push out the agent again, it shows up as being installed and in the same CPS group.
 
Any ideas appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion but I've tried that technote already.
 
Any more ideas welcomed.
