Can Anyone tell me what this error means.

Im running Backup Exec 9.1. Backing up to an LTO tape. when the jobs done it shows as failed with the error "Final error: 0x6008 - 0x 6008 (24584)".
It looks like the proccess has completed. The back up sets have start and completion times. By the size of the data it looks like its complete.
