Can I install BE 12.5 on a SQL Database Server?

I have SQL 2000 Std running on Windows Server 2003 Std.   I'll be upgrading to SQL 2005 soon.

 

Since BE 12.5 uses a SQL 2005 Express database; I'm concerned about conflicts or special install procedures I'll need to follow.

Brad,

Backup exec install its own instance ... there should not be any conflict with existing SQl 2k/ 2005 instance.
